Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. This role serves as the connective tissue of commercial operations, safeguarding pricing integrity, contractual compliance, and the accurate administration of GPO agreements. It works in close partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate complex contractual frameworks into reliable systems, trusted data, and audit-ready processes. Through thoughtful analysis and continuous improvement, the position strengthens operational rigor across Salesforce, Oracle, and enterprise reporting platforms. It also enables strategic growth by supporting new product launches, navigating complex sales scenarios, and anticipating contractual and compliance risk before it materializes. Key responsibilities include conducting monthly and quarterly audits for Finance and Legal, creating and maintaining analysis for GPO administration fees, self-directing and prioritizing incoming requests for contract analysis, running reports to maintain data integrity of contract terms, maintaining contracted consignment inventory values, ensuring monthly membership lists are updated, recommending enhancements to improve operational efficiency, creating and managing commercial, contract, and sales operations reports and dashboards, overseeing the integrity of the pricing process, providing support to the sales team for contracting or quote generation requests, supporting new product roll outs or strategic business initiatives, working with the Legal team to request amendments, new contracts, and terminations, analyzing contracts and interpreting them, ensuring contract data is adequate and reportable, partnering with different stakeholders to build and streamline commercial operations processes, engaging in frequent interaction with sales, finance, and commercial operations teams, and contributing to various day-to-day activities and managing projects. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of directly related work experience, 4+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function creating data reports and analytics, fluent English required, strong background in a multi-disciplinary environment with the need for high flexibility, experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is a plus, SFDC and/or Oracle experience is highly desired, ability to analyze and interpret contracts and communicate that to others in simple terms, ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals, ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail, and ability to manage ambiguity.
