The Project Manager will drive structured execution, governance, and financial oversight across modernization, cloud, infrastructure, and application development effortsensuring alignment to business priorities while enabling accelerated delivery. Lead full project lifecycle management (initiation through closeout) Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, financial tracking, and resource plans Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and application modernization Ensure milestone achievement aligned to defined business outcome Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive status reviews Provide transparent reporting on scope, schedule, financials, risks, and delivery health Align IT execution with business strategy and operational objectives Establish structured governance cadence (weekly operational, monthly executive) Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Manage scope control and change management processes Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks Oversee and coordinate multiple engineering pods Ensure sprint execution aligns with roadmap priorities Support Scrum Masters and technical leads in removing impediments Monitor velocity, burn rates, and delivery performance metrics Track engineering spend and forecast budgets Optimize resourcing model to maximize business impact Align capacity planning with modernization roadmap priorities
