We are hiring a skilled Reach Truck Operator for our Denver, Colorado facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Efficiency and precision are paramount as you navigate our warehouse aisles, ensuring optimal storage and retrieval of goods. This position requires a certified and experienced operator with a strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and logistics operations. Your expertise will directly impact our inventory accuracy and operational flow.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move palletized goods.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and racking systems.
- Put away and retrieve inventory from high-level racking.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the reach truck.
- Ensure accurate inventory placement and record keeping.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, which may include manual Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Certified Reach Truck Operator with proven experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse setting.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and Material Handling Equipment operation.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory control principles.
- Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles.
- Must be able to perform moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
