Become a vital part of our warehouse operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a Warehouse Associate. This multifaceted role involves a range of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our facility, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, energetic, and committed to upholding high standards of productivity and Safety. Your role is critical in our logistics chain, ensuring timely movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may involve some Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Commitment to Safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a secure workplace.
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate different types of equipment.
