Become a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington, and play a pivotal role in our e-commerce logistics operations. This fast-paced position is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently. Your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for our logistics partners. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, which means strict adherence to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Physical stamina is important, as the role involves regular lifting and movement of products. You will be an essential part of our supply chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. - Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting tasks (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to wear PPE.
