You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, quality checking merchandise, and preparing items for shipment. Your contribution is vital to our logistics network, guaranteeing that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition and on time. We maintain a rigorous commitment to safety, and all associates are required to use appropriate PPE. - Accurately pick items from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with various fulfillment tasks as needed.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily performance targets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous. Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Basic math and reading skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the critical importance of PPE. Team player with good communication skills. Must be reliable and able to work flexible schedules. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency in all aspects of order fulfillment and logistics.
