We are seeking a diligent Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will work within our logistics hub, handling a variety of products and contributing to the overall efficiency of our distribution process. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack products carefully and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Use of packing materials and equipment to protect goods.
- Stage completed orders for shipment in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Perform occasional Lifting of products up to 35 pounds.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms accurately.
- Dexterity and attention to detail in handling products and packing materials.
- Experience with basic logistics concepts is a plus.
- Commitment to Safety standards and workplace cleanliness.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to perform physical tasks.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
