Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, and preparing shipments. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; you will receive comprehensive training on warehouse safety procedures, proper lifting techniques, and the mandatory use of PPE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Proficient in lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including the use of PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
