We are looking for enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our team in Provo, Utah! This role is essential for the successful operation of our logistics and fulfillment center. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately gathering products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Use RF scanners or other handheld devices to manage inventory.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform occasional Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE, including safety shoes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
