Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, with certification preferred for forklifts.
- Must be able to handle frequent and substantial Lifting (up to 70 lbs).
- Compliance with all required PPE guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with inventory control and logistics principles.
- Dedication to maintaining a high level of Safety awareness.
