We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a crucial role in our logistics operations, responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will play an integral part in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and that orders are processed promptly. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.
- Store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper Lifting and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes within the logistics environment.
