Join our dynamic fulfillment team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to play a key role in our order processing and shipping operations. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items, packing orders accurately, and ensuring timely shipment to our valued customers. This fast-paced role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on achieving daily goals in our state-of-the-art logistics facility.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and order lists.
- Accurately pack customer orders, ensuring items are secured and protected for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, verifying labels and delivery information.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure order accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment quotas.
- Support the broader logistics operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
