Join our energetic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Chicago, Illinois! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our growing e-commerce fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with speed and accuracy. This is a hands-on position that requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to achieving operational excellence in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate boxes or mailers, ensuring product protection.
- Process shipments using our shipping software, verifying addresses and weight.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
