Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in vibrant Las Vegas, Nevada! This role is at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional service. This fast-paced environment requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and adherence to strict safety protocols. We provide all necessary PPE and expect it to be used consistently. This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning technology.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging for shipment.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain optimal stock levels in picking and packing areas.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics team.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency with scanning equipment and order fulfillment systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
