Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against documentation.
- Sort, label, and store products in their designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training provided).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisles, workstations, and common areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess good stamina, and have the ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training is provided. Must be able to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, standing, walking, and frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to workplace safety, including understanding and using PPE correctly, is mandatory. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse operations are beneficial. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
