Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Meet daily picking quotas and productivity goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including receiving and stocking.
- Understand and implement Logistics best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanners is a plus.
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capacity for moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
