You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking and packing products, processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace. - Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process customer orders using our warehouse management system.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals.
- Follow guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of workplace Safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Understanding of Logistics processes.
