Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate at our Boise, Idaho distribution center. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking and packing products, processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace.   • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Process customer orders using our warehouse management system.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals.
  • Follow guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of workplace Safety practices and the use of PPE.
  • Understanding of Logistics processes.
