Job Summary:
Join our thriving distribution center in Boise, Idaho, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is crucial to our daily operations, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be responsible for handling merchandise with care, maintaining organized storage, and ensuring that orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and committed to upholding our high standards of productivity and Safety. You'll work collaboratively with a team to meet daily operational goals, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order processing. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety while performing your duties, including tasks involving significant Lifting.   • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
  • Adhere to all company policies and Safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Understanding of Logistics operations.
