Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Ensure proper labeling and tracking of all materials handled.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the overall logistics and warehouse operations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all company procedures for material handling and storage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Valid forklift operating certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and schedules.
- Commitment to following all Safety rules and wearing appropriate PPE.
