Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to join our busy logistics hub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, involving the movement, organization, and preparation of materials for shipment. You will play a key part in our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods.
  • Accurately stocking and organizing materials.
  • Transporting items throughout the warehouse, utilizing various equipment.
  • Assisting in picking and packing orders as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
This position requires physical capability, including regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all employees are required to adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial but not always required, as training will be provided.
