Seeking an energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling Dallas, Texas warehouse! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to PPE requirements.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Understanding of general logistics and inventory control principles.
