ExplorAbilities is looking for an experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist that is New Mexico based. We are looking for Peds SLP to join our fun-loving, dedicated, and skilled team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Mental Health Therapists in beautiful Albuquerque, NM. Our outpatient rehabilitation clinic has been serving the Albuquerque community since 1983. We provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech-language, occupational, and physical needs. We provide services to with a variety of developmental and neurological challenges including those with ASD, speech sound disorders, oral aversion, auditory processing and language disorders. We work closely with families and with each other to provide effective, respectful, positive, and playful treatment sessions. Our clinic is well equipped with materials, toys, iPads, and equipment in individual treatment rooms as well as open gym environments. We are currently operating under a hybrid model incorporating both teletherapy and in-person sessions in order to maximize quality of services and health of our clients and the community. The workday is fast-paced and requires an individual who is organized, communicative, and collaborative. Skills of self-motivation and initiative for learning are also valuable attributes for the speech-language pathologist working in our clinic.

Requirements of Speech Therapist Applicant:
ASHA certified
Eligible for NM licensure
Experience with standardized evaluation and treatment of the population described
Excellent organization and communication skills
A genuine interest in learning and collaborating with therapists and families
