Dining Room Manager

Le Boisé Vanier, a friendly seniors' residence located along the St. Charles River, is looking for a full-time Dining Room Manager. Do you enjoy customer service, interacting with seniors, and managing a team? You're the person we're looking for. We offer group insurance, telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and more.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with one weekend on and one weekend off.
Salary: To be discussed

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management

• Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general
• Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
• Provide a high level of customer service

Food Services

• Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
• Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
• Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort
• Perform other related duties
