Integrated into the support and project management team, you tackle solutions such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/WCS) and B2C order picking and packing. As a true local reference, you are responsible for the performance and reliability of these solutions while driving large-scale high-impact projects (CAPEX). At the interface between internal teams, partners, and suppliers, you ensure smooth and effective communication with all stakeholders, actively contributing to the evolution of the systems.A day in the life of a Logistics Systems Engineer (M/F/D)Ensure maintenance and provide expert support on existing and new solutionsGuarantee the sustainability and performance of the systems by proactively managing obsolescenceEnsure system troubleshooting within the deadlines set as part of the on-call serviceDraft key documents (URS and FDS) related to business needsManage testing phases and the validation of solutions through appropriate protocolsFacilitate compliance with processes and ensure the delivered solutions meet standards; monitor the impact on logistics efficiency and performanceCollaborate closely with Production Centers and headquarters to understand issues, anticipate challenges, and propose high-value-added solutionsYour strengths for successEngineering degree or equivalent qualification (industrial management or systems)Skills in programming with proficiency in languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, and SQL, etc.)Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, clear and effective both internally (inter-departmental) and with external partners and suppliersStrong team spirit and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment Fluency in French and English; German is an additional assetBenefits5 weeks of vacationPossibility of internal training and developmentPension fund with excellent financial contributions for health insuranceGenerous parental leave policyOn-site company restaurant with subsidized menusParking and charging stations for electric carsNumerous benefits through the Nespresso ClubAt Nespresso, we have built a culture based on kindness and inclusion, where everyone can be themselves while growing with the company.
