Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Business Analyst (Level 3) to support the Skill teams within the Workforce Management Integration (WMI) Team onsite in Everett, Washington.
The Skill Team Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and implementing standard processes to ensure fairness and consistency throughout skill teams.
The WMI Team leads hourly and salary skill teams across BCA to provide comprehensive skills management oversight. Our mission is to create, lead, and oversee workforce development initiatives, manage the functional staffing plan, and drive commonality of processes, tools, and work statements across skill teams. The WMI Team also leads skill team meetings and associated activities to ensure alignment and consistency.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop and run weekly meetings
- Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and initiatives
- Develop, plan, and execute employee-related activities and initiatives
- Evaluate strategic organizational issues and provide implementation recommendations
- Continuously assess meetings and review architectures for effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes across multiple teams
- Manage cross-functional projects and provide leadership updates
- Analyze and interpret data
- Utilize data from multiple sources to create charts and presentations for leadership
- Coordinate interview logistics for multiple teams based on hiring needs
- Maintain and manage server and SharePoint sites across the organization
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 1+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement
- 1+ years of experience developing/maintaining resource management, risk management, and project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
- Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- Bachelor degree and typically 6 or more years' related work experience
- Masters degree and typically 4 years' related work experience
- Experience in staffing, hiring, and workforce planning within a complex organizational environment
- Experience coordinating interviews, promotions, and training initiatives
- Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, etc

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $103,000 - $108,000
