Patterns Behavioral Services is seeking a part-time Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist Consultant for our brand-new, thriving clinic in the Snohomish County - in *Marysville, WA!*

*Key Responsibilities: *
* Educate patients and families about speech disorders and their causes.
* Maintain detailed records of patient conditions and progress.
* Provide direct services in home and clinic setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team within Patterns Behavioral Services (direct staff, OT, BCBA, etc.)
* Work closely with families to support generalization of skills learned within speech sessions
*What We’re Looking For: *
* Proven experience as a Speech Pathologist or a similar role.
* Provide consistent weekly availability minimum 1 full day or two half days per week
* Familiarity with specific age groups or conditions is a plus.
* A deep understanding of speech-related disorders, causes, and treatments.
* Excellent coaching and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in healthcare databases and patient record management.
* Compassionate approach with a talent for developing individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Relevant training and certifications in Speech Pathology.
* Day and afternoon availability
* Hours: between 8 - 12 per week
*Compensation:*
* $55 - $65 per hour
