Senior FP&A Controller – Construction (M/F)
Finance Controller - Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Installation
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will:
- Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of the Group's financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow), ensuring accuracy and consistency of reported data.
- Prepare and monitor monthly reports and KPIs, supporting variance analysis versus prior year and budget.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the Group's cash flow forecasts.
- Perform analytical reviews of financial performance across regions and subsidiaries, with breakdowns by entity, customer type, business activity, and key accounts.
- Assist in various finance projects, including Business Plan preparation, ERP implementation, integration of new entities within the Group, divestment processes, and financial due diligences.
You hold a Master's degree in Finance from a leading business school or university, which has provided you with strong financial and accounting foundations. You have 5 to 10 years of experience in controlling, audit, or transaction services (including internships or apprenticeships), ideally within a demanding and fast-paced environment. You demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an advanced command of Excel and solid exposure to financial tools (Power Query, Power BI, VBA, Business Central or similar). You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a natural appetite for improving processes and automating reporting. Highly structured and detail-oriented, you combine intellectual rigor with business acumen. You are curious, proactive, and eager to understand the operational drivers behind financial performance. You enjoy challenging assumptions and contributing ideas. In our international environment, you are fully comfortable working in English and interacting with stakeholders across different countries.
