About the Role As a Field Service Technician, youll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy construction equipment in the field at customer job sites throughout your assigned territory. This role requires strong mechanical skills, independent problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service while maintaining safety and professionalism. Youll represent Leppo Rents in the field, ensuring our equipment—and our reputation—stay in excellent shape Business Operating Hours / Schedule Standard: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Overtime is often expected to meet customer needs—meaning schedules may vary based on workload and job site demands.
