AFIMAC Global is hiring a dedicated *CRM Systems Administrator* to own and optimize our critical CRM platforms—Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Bullhorn—as the foundation for sales, recruiting, customer relationships, and business operations. You'll serve as the go-to expert for these systems while also providing administration, support, and continuous improvement for our broader suite of business applications (including Microsoft 365, UKG Pro/Ready, and Sage Intacct). This hands-on role combines deep CRM configuration and troubleshooting with end-to-end application support, vendor coordination, security/compliance, and process documentation. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Bullhorn), handling configuration, customization, user management, workflows, reporting, integrations, and performance optimization to support sales, recruiting, and customer success. * Deliver high-quality technical and end-user support for all business applications, with priority focus on CRM platforms; follow best practices, guide users, document processes, and manage the internal ticketing system efficiently. * Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues across software, hardware, bugs, integrations, and system failures—escalating CRM-specific problems to vendors as needed. * Manage relationships with external vendors (especially CRM providers), including opening/tracking tickets, coordinating fixes/enhancements, conducting business reviews, audits, licensing, and invoicing. * Collaborate with development, application admins, business stakeholders, and end-users to resolve issues, implement CRM-driven improvements, and align systems with evolving needs. * Perform application administration duties, including user provisioning, role-based access, setup, and maintenance across the full portfolio (with emphasis on CRM security and compliance). * Enforce change management processes for all updates, upgrades, customizations, and deployments. * Uphold security, compliance, and risk management: integrate best practices, protect data/assets, conduct application audits (focusing on CRM controls), and support business continuity planning. * Drive CRM adoption through training, best-practice guidance, and ongoing enhancements to maximize business value. Qualifications and Requirements *Required:* * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. * Proven hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar enterprise CRM) and/or Bullhorn. * Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills (user management, security, configuration). * 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT application support, systems administration, or CRM-focused roles. *Preferred Skills and Experience:* * Direct experience administering Bullhorn (recruiting/ATS CRM) and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. * Familiarity with UKG Pro/Ready (HR/payroll) and Sage Intacct (financials/ERP). * Expertise in SaaS ecosystems, API integrations, data flows between CRM and other tools. * Experience with ticketing systems, ITIL/change management, security audits, and vendor relationship management. xevrcyc * Knowledge of CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and customization best practices.
