In order to strengthen its HR Service, it is looking for a: HR Specialist.Main missions and responsibilities:- Lead transversal HR projects and contribute to the development of the HR Service, ensuring the management and follow-up of internal processes;- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the employee experience;- Draft and update HR directives, policies, and procedures;- Support talent management (recruitment, employer branding, skills development, and support for managers);- Implement actions related to health, safety, and well-being at work and ensure follow-up;- Develop and support new modules of the HR information system;- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and guarantee adherence to legal regulations;- Analyze HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, engagement, etc.) in order to formulate recommendations and support decision-making.Profile:Solution-oriented HR professional, holder of a diploma as an HR specialist or an equivalent qualification, and possessing at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You have an excellent sense of priorities and a strong ability to build trust. With a high sense of confidentiality and a partner-oriented approach, you know how to support and challenge with engagement and professionalism. Autonomous, you understand the stakes and are able to translate needs into concrete HR actions.
