To strengthen our team in the supermarket sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Fishmonger 100%, starting from now, for an indefinite period, at the Marin site. Responsibilities: You conduct sales interviews and advise our demanding customers with competence and friendliness. You regularly check that the sales stands are complete and effectively implement product concepts and market concepts in accordance with the concept (season, etc.). You ensure the freshness and quality of our products, set seasonal priorities, and present the products accordingly while respecting hygiene rules. Profile: Ideally, you have completed a basic apprenticeship as a butcher or chef and have already gained professional experience as a butcher or fishmonger. You are a reliable and committed person, who works with pleasure and has a motivated, friendly, and neat personality. You have a clean and meticulous working style, speak fluent French, and preferably know another language. Offer: Personal discounts ranging from 10 to 25% on all product groups, including Manora restaurants and supermarkets. Training and development programs for all levels and functions. Between 5 to 7 weeks of vacation per year. 3 weeks of paid leave and up to 4 months of unpaid additional leave possible. Possibility of 1 to 6 months of sabbatical from the 3rd year of service.
