Reporting to the vice president of data science , you will lead high-impact data science teams focused on developing a unified customer intelligence strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and external data partnerships to drive personalized experiences, retention, and growth. Your leadership will shape the future of customer intelligence and growth strategies. Your strong people leadership skills and product mindset will ensure your teams are successful in delivering a wide variety of innovative data science products at scale. You will be a strong advocate for the power of data science to unlock growth and drive value.

director of data science – Customer ,
you will… Strategic Ownership of Customer Intelligence:
Lead the continued enhancement of a comprehensive Customer 360 view, improving integration of first- and third-party data to drive personalized experiences and retention strategies Accelerated Vendor Evaluation & Data Enrichment:
Oversee rapid assessment of external data partners and comparing enrichment capabilities to inform investment decisions Customer Growth Framework Leadership:
Design and operationalizes a data-driven framework for acquisition, retention, and engagement—including media mix modeling and ROI calculators to guide advertising spend. Journey Mapping & Activation:
Enhance our ability to influence customer behaviors by mapping journeys and identifying high-impact moments for intervention Cross-Functional Data Strategy Alignment:
Synthesize insights across vendors and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable reports and playbooks that align marketing, product, and analytics functions. Develop High-Impact Teams:
Mentor and guide data scientists and analytics managers to deliver actionable algorithms and insights across inventory management, replenishment policies, and network optimization. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to align analytics efforts with business priorities. Influence Through Storytelling:
Communicate complex analytics in clear, compelling ways to influence executive decision-making and represent the customer voice. Promote Analytics Adoption:
Champion the use of data and analytics products and tools across business units, driving a culture of data-informed decision-making. Build Evergreen Data & Analytics Products:
Apply systems thinking to design scalable, reusable analytics solutions that support long-term innovation.
