We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in San Jose, California. This position is critical to the seamless functioning of our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to manage inventory and fulfill orders. You will be responsible for receiving incoming goods, accurately stocking shelves, picking items for customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and regular checks is a key responsibility. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees must strictly adhere to established safety protocols and consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on order sheets.
- Stage products for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse spaces.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training available).
- Comply with all safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and wear PPE.
