We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is crucial for the day-to-day operations of our logistics hub, ensuring that goods are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A key focus will be on maintaining accurate inventory levels through diligent tracking and regular stock checks. We are deeply committed to workplace safety, and all employees are expected to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting and moving of various items. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, contributing to the timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly, following safety procedures.
- Use of PPE is required at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting duties (up to 50 lbs).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to following safety rules and wearing PPE.
