We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Detroit, Michigan. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the distribution process. You will work closely with a team of professionals in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack, store, ship).
- Perform inventory counts and checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
