We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through regular cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations. You will work closely with warehouse and Logistics staff to ensure all stock levels are up-to-date and that all movements are accurately recorded. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this position. You will also assist in implementing and improving inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Adherence to Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE is mandatory. While this role is less physically demanding than some warehouse positions, occasional Lifting of items up to 30 lbs may be required. If you have a knack for numbers, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to maintaining precise inventory records, we encourage you to apply.
