Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify stock needs.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Track and manage returned goods and stock adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with Safety regulations regarding inventory storage.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) when necessary.
- Must wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Commitment to upholding workplace Safety standards.
