Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve palletized goods.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform pre-operation checks on the reach truck to ensure safety and functionality.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies for equipment operation.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock placement and verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around operating zones.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Participate in general warehouse duties as needed, such as Loading and Unloading.
Requirements:
- Valid certification and proven experience operating a reach truck.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Capability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) when not operating equipment.
- Must consistently wear required PPE, including safety footwear and vests.
- Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
