- Accurately read and interpret pick lists or scan orders.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse locations.
- Ensure picked items match order specifications.
- Transport picked items to packing or staging areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other hand-held equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory immediately.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Must wear and utilize required PPE .
