Become a key player in our Portland, Oregon fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is integral to our logistics network, ensuring that orders are processed, picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with precision and efficiency. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to dispatching them to customers. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to accuracy, speed, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain our reputation for reliable service. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. We emphasize continuous training and adherence to strict safety standards, including proper Lifting techniques and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Join our team and contribute to the seamless flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including proper Lifting and the use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Commitment to safety procedures and workplace best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
