Join our growing Logistics operation in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for energetic individuals to support our daily warehouse activities. Your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for shipment. We prioritize Safety above all else and provide thorough training on all procedures and the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and label them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of goods within the Logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics concepts is beneficial.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
