You will be responsible for meticulously picking items from our inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring each order meets our high standards before it leaves our facility. - Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Verify picked items against order slips for accuracy.
- Package products securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Use proper Lifting techniques and wear designated PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and labels.
- Capacity for physical work, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Knowledge of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
