We are hiring a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This versatile role is integral to our daily warehouse operations, supporting various functions such as receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory within our logistics facility. We are looking for diligent, organized, and safety-conscious individuals who are eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support inventory management through accurate data entry and stock rotation.
- Participate in cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
- Identify and report any potential Safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
- Be prepared for tasks that involve significant Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of basic warehouse procedures and Safety practices.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
