Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Kansas City, Missouri, and play a vital role in our e-commerce logistics operations. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. This fast-paced role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for interpreting order forms, locating items in the warehouse, packaging them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a high level of accuracy is crucial. Responsibilities include:
  • Picking customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
  • Packing items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
  • Labeling packages correctly for shipping.
  • Replenishing inventory stock in picking areas.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
This position involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety protocols and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment. You will work collaboratively with other fulfillment associates and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines. Understanding warehouse operations and basic inventory management is a plus.
