Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our busy facility in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Sort, label, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety regulations.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
  • Perform inventory counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including those related to lifting and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
  • Participate in team efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all established safety protocols.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
