Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Store merchandise in appropriate locations, maintaining organization and stock rotation.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Package items carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory management processes, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of safety practices and proper lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with PPE and its importance in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
