Job Summary:
Join our team in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Picker/Packer! This position is essential for ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for selecting items from inventory, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transit, using correct packaging materials.
  • Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to outgoing packages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting and stock replenishment.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Follow all company guidelines, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Contribute to team efforts to meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse picking/packing role is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of basic inventory control and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to PPE requirements.
