In view of long-term development of the position, we are looking for a curious, committed individual willing to invest in a hospital environment and work in a team. The team comprises experienced professionals operating 24/7 in specialized units-adult acute care, addiction treatment, and psychosocial support-providing integrated and individualized care in open or closed environments as required. It also ensures liaison missions and is recognized by the ISFM, focusing on care quality and ongoing training for physicians in a dynamic setting that offers a stimulating environment where clinical work, innovative projects, and engagement come together.Job DescriptionIntervene within our multidisciplinary team in the context of care and treatment provision. Support the head of the hospital department and play a proactive role in the development of the service by contributing to projects, and to our integrated systems aimed at continually improving care standards and ensuring comprehensive management of our patients' mental health needs. Actively participate in care projects and ongoing training within the establishment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement tailored care plans. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with general practitioners, thereby facilitating transparency and ensuring follow-up on specific cases. Additionally, you will ensure the replacement of the incumbent as needed and participate in weekend on-call duties: 1 weekend every 6 to 10 weeks (on-site visits + phone presence). You will play a key role in mentoring and supporting on-duty physicians. This position is open for part-time work between 80% and 100%, depending on your availability. Flexibility, versatility, proactivity, and resilience will be essential to evolve and contribute in this context. You hold a degree in adult psychiatry recognized by Swiss authorities (MEBEKO). You also possess the FMH specialist title (or equivalent) in psychiatry. You have a C1 level proficiency in French and have confirmed clinical experience, ideally within a hospital setting. Experience in acute care support would be valuable. Experience in an academic setting would also be desirable. You possess solid skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making, and are capable of managing stressful and complex situations effectively. You are autonomous while respecting protocols and the values of the establishment. You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and can communicate effectively with your colleagues. Your team spirit is crucial for contributing to the collective development of our service. You demonstrate a sense of ethics, maintain confidentiality, and show kindness and respect towards patients.
