In this role, you play a central role within the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P). You act as the interface between internal departments and the SC&P team and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and supplier management. As a member of the regional support team, you form, along with Procurement, the first point of contact for internal clients regarding all questions related to procurement processes and task management: Ensure a regional presence and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) department. Ensure the implementation and proper execution of global agreements as well as the continuity of the supply chain. Analyze and implement actions aimed at improving efficiency and optimizing costs. Actively support internal teams in their procurement processes through ISS Sourcing. Manage, update, and track supplier and contractual data while documenting achieved savings. Ensure compliance with guidelines and contribute to the organization and execution of audits. Participate in cross-functional projects at the regional level and generate reports, analyses, and communications for stakeholders. Your profile: A background in a technical or commercial field complemented by higher studies (Federal Certificate, HES, Universities, or equivalent). Experience in Supply Chain & Procurement, ideally with knowledge in compliance and contract management. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach. Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers and processes. Proficiency in ERP systems as well as the MS Office suite and ease in communicating with different stakeholders. Excellent command of French and German (minimum C1 level) - as there are regular verbal exchanges, especially with the headquarters in Zurich. Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
