*The Opportunity*
You’ll report to senior leadership and support sprint teams across a portfolio of 6–7 products, including BI initiatives, data platforms, custom applications, and homegrown systems.
This is not lightweight backlog grooming.
You will:
* Take high-level product direction and translate it into clear, persona-driven stories
* Drive delivery across sprint teams with ownership and urgency
* Improve intake rigor and backlog quality
* Help mature roadmap conversations and product processes
* Push the organization toward outcome-based product thinking
*What You’ll Own*
* End-to-end product ownership across data-heavy, internally built systems
* Breaking epics into features and executable stories
* Structuring and prioritizing roadmaps
* Ensuring story quality (INVEST mindset)
* Partnering closely with engineering on APIs, integrations, and database-driven initiatives
* Managing stakeholder expectations and navigating ambiguity
*What You Bring*
*Experience*
* 5+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role
* Strong Agile experience in sprint-based environments
* Experience with internal or homegrown systems (not just SaaS configuration)
* Exposure to BI and data-driven initiatives
* Technical fluency - APIs, SQL, data movement, SDLC
*Capabilities*
* Turns strategy into structured execution
* Writes clear, persona-based stories engineers can build immediately
* Understands backlog hygiene and velocity management
* Comfortable operating in semi-mature or evolving product organizations
* Handles difficult stakeholders with confidence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
